First Time on the Watt Bike

After a very late night of work last night I did not fancy the bike. However, there was an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and catch up on The Good Wife

  1. This is a great piece of kit. Try using it for a 15 minute warm up before a run. This means 15 mins more exercise, you run better and lessen the chance of injury. Also great brick training for the ironman triathlon in july
